Sacred Spaces Organization, lead by Carly Mertz, is a home organization expert helping people organize their chaos to help build their dream home life. At the start of her small business journey, Carly was looking for a visual identity that would capture symbiosis of the external and material with the internal and psychologically involved process of organizing your home. She also wanted to visually communicate a zero-waste and sustainable mindset.To establish a strong brand presence, Carly sought my expertise for a comprehensive visual identity development project.
The main objectives were to create a cohesive and polished visual identity across various marketing channels and address the need for a professional brand look. My studio delivered a tailored solution, starting with the development of eye-catching logos that embodied the essence of Sacred Spaces Organization. Additionally, we curated a harmonious color palette, imagery, and typefaces that would speak directly to her target audience of middle-to-upper income homemakers, bachelors, and empty-nesters. The cozy, earthy color palette perfectly complements the aspirational, warm imagery that shows off mindful, orderly homes. The color palette is also calibrated for color blind safety and contrast ratio legibility to be inclusive of the visually impaired.
By crafting a comprehensive brand guidelines document, Sacred Spaces Organization now possesses a clear blueprint for consistent and impactful brand communication. Though no unique design elements were incorporated, the visual identity system provides Carly with the tools she needs to confidently launch her marketing channels and make a memorable impression on her target audience.
